Market Yourself and Network Within Your Company

We always focus on external business development and marketing, but are we missing the opportunities that are right in front of us? In this interactive session, learn how to increase your visibility by (i) developing, cultivating and leveraging internal relationships with colleagues and managers, (ii) effectively engaging in departmental and product cross-selling, (iii) participating in committee/leadership positions and (iv) overcoming gender bias.  The session also discusses how to expand the scope of work from existing clients, make the ask (both internally and from clients) and appropriately identify and utilize internal mentors and sponsors
